Since they are original source material I would prefer flac or wav. Those could easily be converted to mp3 for those who wish.

They were captured using Audacity, so currently they are in Audacity projects.  It looks like I can export to FLAC, WAV, MP3, OGG and a few other formats.  What is the preferred method?
