Someone can correct me, but I believe the original logs were adapted from Jerry H's site. OTRR members would update them as they came across new info and create new logs for newly discovered programs.

To me, the benefits of using SQL versus SQLite are very, very small considering this isn't a web app dealing with many, many concurrent queries or being used even within a LAN and getting all of those

I guess that a version of SQL is out of the question.
