Is there any prohibition to your posting the article as an attachment here to read? Just curious. Also interested to know what the response (if any) is from the readers of that publication.

Older Purchasing Group files headed to the OTRR Library
Paul Kornman
OTRR has a Purchasing Group that uses members' dues to gather new material.
After a certain period of time, that material was to make its way to the OTRR Library for the general public. The procedure and guidelines for this process had not been established previously, so there is a bit of a backlog. I'm pleased to tell you that soon (I expect by the end of June if not before) we will have at least 4,000 new files added to our current Library of over 100,000 files. Many of these "older" Purchasing Group files (there are over 20,000) are duplicates of existing files (they may have made their way to the Library through other channels) and it's slow going to do the comparisons.
