Robert Vincent and Will Voeller

I am searching for some information on Will Voeller, a producer, and Robert Vincent, a writer. They both worked on a 1952 radio program called, Your Voice of America.
Is Robert Vincent, actually Robert Vincent Wright, who was a screenwriter and television writer? He was born in 1919, so he would have been 32 in 1951, certainly possible.

The few articles I've seen on the series state their names as Will H. Voeller and Robert C. Vinson. |

That's probably Vinson, leave it to the USG to continuously misspell his name as Vincent. But there is a Robert Vincent Wright who was also a television writer. Could have been him too. But I like your guy more because of the governmental connection.
