FKB - Is "A Worried Waitress" 11 Dec 1952 mislabeled?
C. Nava
Hi Ryan,
I understand your concerns. Please have someone else check my work. I don't get offended and it's always a good idea to make sure. Below is a detailed record of my research.
2. Here's the page from Jerry Haendiges' index:
It would also be logical that if the show was called "Lesson in Citizenship" in the television show, it was probably called "Lesson in Citizenship" in the original radio show.
The conclusions are speculative, of course, but the material might be useful and it was a nice little exercise in research and deduction.
I'd be happy to listen to more shows if you wish.
😊

Looking at both Haendiges' and Goldin's logs, the 51-08-23 episode appears to be episode 1 (per Goldin's description) because it's the same script as the audition but with the Maxwell advertisement and the same script as 1953-11-12 (which
advertises Post Bran Flakes).

Hi Claire, I think my message came across wrong. I'm sure you're correct in your conclusion, I just meant to ask if you saw a different episode description that better matched the audio file you listened to. Then we might get it labeled more accurately. In the meantime, I'm following up on a lead to someone who - unbeknownst to me, and not an OTRR volunteer - has been working on a high quality set of the show for some time.
