The episode begins with "You're about to hear a romantic drama starring the Love Story girl Nadine Drake." Francis Talbott has a small apartment which she shares with her cat Ambrose. She finds the in a neighbor's apartment, whom she does not know. He tells her she is "the prettiest girl I have ever seen." A few days later a customer comes into her flower shop and asks her to "send a dozen red roses to Eva Crane at 579 Parkside Boulevard." At home a few mornings later an officious neighbor bangs on her door and tells her "I smell gas in the hall." He does manage to save another neighbor's life, who was found unconscious overcome by gas fumes sitting in a chair. -- Larry Maupin
